Shawn M. Yesner founded the firm. Shawn passed
the Florida Bar in 1998 and is also licensed to practice in the
United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Shawn has
practiced law since 1998 starting as an associate attorney at Howe,
Robinson & Watkins and later at Mason Law, P.L. before opening
his own law practice. Shawn’s tenure has included servicing clients
such as Freddie Mac, Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp., The Department
of Veterans Affairs, and Countrywide Home Loans, representing Buyers,
Sellers and Lenders in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Real
Estate. Shawn is a licensed title insurance agent with Attorneys’
Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Shawn holds an accounting degree from
Florida State University and Juris Doctor Degree from Cumberland
School of Law, Samford University, and is a member of Phi Delta Phi
Legal Fraternity. Shawn is a Florida native, born in Tampa, raised in
Miami and currently resides in Clearwater.

Christopher W. Boss started with the firm in an
of counsel capacity in June 2007. In January 2008, Chris became a
member of the company and the firm name was changed to Yesner
& Boss, P.L. Chris is licensed to practice in Florida
and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Before partnering with Shawn Yesner, Chris practiced in Atlanta and
Tampa, with large multinational firms including KPMG LLP. Chris
practices in the areas of Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Corporate
Planning, and Probate. Chris was born in St. Louis and raised in Vero
Beach. Chris and his wife, Christine, currently reside in St.
Petersburg.

Gina Harvey joined Yesner & Boss,
P.L. in October 2007. Gina is the Title Manager in charge of
real estate closings, short sales, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, land
trusts, simultaneous closings, and all other aspects of real estate
transactions. Gina is originally from Cleveland, OH and has lived in
Florida since 1973. Gina started in the industry as a Title Clerk in
1978, and has attended numerous seminars sponsored by FNMA and First
American Title Insurance Co.

Anthony J. (“A.J.”) Vecchiarelli was the first
employee hired at the firm and has been with the firm for more than 2
years. Currently, A.J. is in the Bankruptcy department of the firm,
where he specializes in assisting debtors with Chapter 7 Liquidation
Bankruptcy and Chapter 13 Reorganization Bankruptcy. A.J. was born in
Toronto, Ontario, Canada and currently resides in Palm Harbor. He
received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University
of South Florida in December, 2006, and A.J. is preparing to take the
LSAT exam to enter law school.

Yadira Montijo joined Yesner & Boss,
P.L. in October 2006, and is the head paralegal in charge of
foreclosure defense. Originally from the Dominican Rep., Yadira came
to the United States in 1996. Yadira obtained her Associate Arts
Degree in Paralegal Science from Florida Metropolitan University in
October 2006. Yadira and her husband Jorge are the parents of two
active and smart boys Orlando and Isaac.

Stacey Flanagan graduated from the University of
South Florida in 2000 with a Bachelors degree concentrating in the
areas of Political Science and Business Management. In 2002 Stacey
worked as Office Manager/Paralegal at a general practice law firm
specializing in Chapter 7 Liquidation Bankruptcy, Chapter 13
Reorganization Bankruptcy, Debt Negotiation / Settlement, and
Foreclosure Defense Litigation. Stacey has been with Yesner
& Boss, P.L. since April of 2008 handling much the same
responsibilities – specifically Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy,
and Debt Negotiation / Settlement.

Jeffrey
Thibault
is currently a second year law student at the University of Florida’s
Levin College of Law concentrating on areas of law such as real
estate, estate planning, tax, and corporate law. Jeff graduated in
2005 from the University of Central Florida with a legal studies
bachelor’s degree specializing in real estate, estate planning,
litigation, and bankruptcy law. Additionally, Jeff researched, wrote,
and published a thesis on eminent domain law issues in 2005.
Jeff
joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in 2008 as a law
clerk assisting with cases, performing legal research, and drafting
case documents. Jeff is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida
and has worked as a Realtor in multiple areas of Florida since 2004
in both residential and commercial real estate. Jeff also currently
serves on the board of directors for his homeowner’s association
after being elected in 2007. Jeff currently lives in Tampa, FL with
his wife. On the weekends Jeff enjoys boating and playing golf.
